Tsitsikamma MTB & Trail Run

The Merrell Tsitsikamma MTB race and trail run was established in 2012 and is prominent event on the local MTB and trail running calendar. It is perfectly situated in Tsitsikamma to draw riders from both the Eastern and Southern Cape.

Offering cyclists and runners not only a test of skill, but also breath-taking views from rugged cliffs high above the raging ocean. This is a professional event for the serious riders, but also a family orientated event where not only mom and dad can participate, but also the little ones who are small in size but big in heart.

• 19km MTB – R200
• 12km Trail Run – R250
• 6km Trail Run – R150

PLEASE NOTE:

Online entries close at midnight on 26 October 2022.

Late entries are available at registration for an additional fee of R50 each.

AGE CATEGORIES PER DISTANCE

Cycling SA enforces minimum age restrictions based on race distances for all sanctioned MTB events.

To avoid disappointment at registration, please only select a race distance that you are allowed to participate in.

Your age is based on the age you will be on 31 December of that year.

• 70km: 19 years +
• 70km E-bikes: 19 years +
• 40km E-bikes: 19 years +
• 40km: 14 years +
• 19km: 8 years +
