Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
2. The competition runs from 1 September 2026 to 21 September 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. To enter, participants must:
   o Comment on the competition post and tag the teammate they would like to take with them.o Both participants must follow @merrellsa and @drylandtraverse on Instagram.
   o Share the competition post to their Instagram Story for one additional entry.
4. One winning team of two will be selected at random from all valid entries.
5. The winning team will receive:
   o 1x Team Entry (2 participants) to the 2026 Dryland Traverse
   o All meals during the event (from dinner on Thursday, 29 October to lunch on Sunday, 1 November 2026)
   o Shared luxury tented accommodation for 2 (includes 2 single beds with linen)
   o Chill zone and waterpoint nutrition & snacks
   o 2x pairs of Merrell shoes (1 pair per team member)
6. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. The winner will be contacted via Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternative winner may be selected.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
9. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and release the Promoter and Dryland Traverse from liability to the extent permitted by law.
10. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
